Services ServiceNow development practice

Developers who have
stood on the shop floor.

Storeworkflows is a specialist ServiceNow build shop. We do implementation, custom application development, integration, and retained capacity — aimed at multi-unit store operations.

01 Practice

Four ways the work usually starts.

We bill for development. There is no per-store licence, and nothing we build meters your fleet.

01

Implementation

Stand up store operations in the instance you already run. We start from how a shift actually works, then configure the platform around that — not the other way around.

02

Custom applications

Scoped ServiceNow applications for the capability areas you need. Delivered with source control, tests, and a handover — yours to own.

03

Integration

Connect POS, labor, ERP, and other store systems so operational data does not have to be reconciled in a spreadsheet.

04

Retained capacity

A named developer and architect on a two-week cadence, working a backlog you prioritize after the first build is live.

02 How we work

Positions we will not trade away.

Storeworkflows is a development practice, not a reseller. There is nothing here to push besides whether the approach fits.

01

Configuration before code

Every custom script is a future upgrade problem. We use the platform’s own tools first and write code where it genuinely has no answer.

02

The store manager is the hardest user

They are on the floor with no spare attention. If a task takes more than a moment, they will stop using it and the data becomes fiction.

03

We build ourselves out of the picture

Documentation, source control, and test coverage on every engagement. Retention should be a decision you make on merit.

04

Honest scoping about ServiceNow

If your store count cannot justify the platform, we will say so in the first conversation rather than the third invoice.

03 Engagement shape

Fixed-scope, retained, or an assessment only.

A defined capability with a known end state. Ongoing capacity when the backlog is real. Or a short, independent read on whether this approach fits — with no obligation to build anything with us.
